Twilight Action Figures Arrive!

We’ve seen Tonner Twilight dolls and the Twilight Barbies will be arriving soon. Now you can get your hands on Twilight action figures. Specifically, they are Twilight New Moon action figures, and they are each 6-7 inches tall.

We have heard from Entertainment Earth that there will be a case of 14 total action figures coming in November.

In the meantime, Hot Topic has released the first 4 Twilight action figures, Edward, Bella, Jacob, and Alice:

Twilight New Moon Merchandise on eBay

I’ve been seeing a lot of unique Twilight merchandise popping up on eBay lately. Whether you are looking for official Twilight merchandise or fan-made Twilight merchandise, eBay has it all. In fact, when I do a search right now on eBay for Twilight, I am finding over 14,000 items!!

Have you ever used eBay before? If not, it’s a great time to sign up. It’s completely free to join and place bids. If you win, you can usually use Paypal or credit cards to pay for your merchandise. Some sellers will even take checks. Just be sure to read the rules of each particular auction. Right now I am seeing Twilight items with NO BIDS YET!!

So what you can you find on eBay? Everything from Twilight jewelry to shirts to bookmarks to posters. Plus stranger items like mosaics and Italian charm watches.

All in all, I think that the selection of Twilight merchandise on eBay is better than anywhere else. Some of the items are sold out in other places (like the Twilight perfume) and some of the items are not even sold anywhere else (like the Twilight party favors). Some of the items are official Twilight merchandise and some are not. It’s a great option for Twilight fans.

Official Twilight Saga New Moon Store

According to the new official New Moon movie website, a Twilight Saga New Moon store has been launched on Amazon.com. Although the site does not yet have any merchandise that we have not yet seen, the fact that the store is linked to from the new site with the tag “Official Store” indicates that we should be seeing a lot of licensed Twilight and New Moon gear popping up there. Here’s a look at the front page:

The page is broken down into “Featured Twilight Products,” “Amazon Exclusives,” “Bestsellers,” “Top Sellers,” and an index. You can also watch the New Moon preview directly on the site.

Some of the “Featured Twilight Products” include DVDs, music, jewelry, clothing, bedroom items, bags, collectibles, accessories, and books. Many of these are items that we have already posted about on BuyTwilightStuff.com Most of it still seems to be focused on Twilight, but be sure to check back because New Moon items are on their way!

Female Force Stephenie Meyer Comic

Thanks to my friends at TFAW.com, I’ve been filled in about a fantastic new Twilight-ish item that no one else is talking about. Bluewater Productions has released a Female Force biographical comic book about Stephenie Meyer. Here’s the official description from TFAW:

Just in time for the theatrical release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Bluewater brings you the biography comic book FEMALE FORCE: Stephenie Meyer! In addition, there is bonus edition that features things like the history of Forks (where Twilight takes place). The book will be available November 11, but you can preorder the regular edition now for $3.19 or the bonus edition for only $5.59.

The Female Force Stephenie Meyer biographical comic book is truly a unique item that would be great for Twilight fans as well as school libraries. Pre-order now from TFAW.com so that you will be one of the first to receive it in November.

Twilight Barbie Dolls

We’ve posted a couple of times about the Twilight Edward and Bella figurines. But now we are hearing that there are going to be actual Mattel Twilight Barbies. Supposedly there will be at least an Edward and a Bella.

Entertainment Earth is showing that you can preorder a “Twilight Movie Barbie Doll Assortment Case” for $87.99. Delivery is estimated for November 2009. They are called “Pink Label Barbie Dolls” and strangely enough, the “assortment” is 2 Edwards and 1 Bella.

Edited: You can now purchase separately (on pre-order) the Twilight Edward Cullen Barbie or the Twilight Bella Swan Barbie for $29.99 each.

Amazon Exclusive Twilight Limited Edition Trading Card Set

Just when I thought that we had seen the end of the official Twilight movie merchandise, I got an email for a new Amazon Exclusive. We have written about the Twilight Trading Cards in the past, but this is a new set 72 cards, a binder, and Peter Facinelli’s autograph. Only 5000 of them will be sold worldwide.

Although there is not much of a description, it looks to me like the cards are the same ones that we have seen advertised in the past. Essentially, they are cards with pictures from the Twilight movie and include facts and information about the movie and the characters.

The set is $39.99 and includes free shipping. They are pre-order only and will ship July 1. I’m not sure that many people will actually be “trading” these cards, but they would make a nice collector’s item for the diehard Twilight fan. The Exclusive Twilight Limited Edition Trading Card Set is available only at Amazon.

Tonner Twilight Edward Cullen Doll

We’ve been waiting for a few months for Tonner to release its Twilight Edward Cullen dolls. We knew that they were going to be expensive based on the initial press release. Now it appears that you can start ordering them. TFAW.com is taking pre-orders for the doll for $151.99. Here’s a look at the doll and its description:

“The film adaptation of Stephanie Meyer’s enormously popular vampire romance Twilight took audiences by storm in the winter of 2008. Robert Tonner takes the film’s memorable characters and transforms them into exquisitely detailed collector dolls.

The ageless vampire, Edward Cullen, is sculpted in the likeness of actor Robert Pattinson and stands 17″ tall, with 14 points of articulation. His human love, the vivacious high school student Bella Swan, portrayed by actress Kristen Stewart, stands 15″ tall with 15 points of articulation.

Each doll comes with an authentic cloth costume, based on the costumes worn by actors in the film. Each features hand-painted facial features and deeply rooted saran hair. ”

I don’t know too many of us in the market for a $150 Edward doll, but if you are a collector of this type of item, these will likely go quickly. If it’s out of your price range but you want something similar, check out the Twilight Edward Cullen and Bella Swan Action Figure 2-pack. At only $28 for the pair, it’s a little more realistic.

Buy Twilight Candy (Conversation Hearts)

Everyone has been emailing me asking “Where can I buy the Twilight Sweetheart Conversation Hearts by Necco?” So far, I have only seen them in two places..fye and ebay. Because many of you do not have an fye in your area, I decided to make a quick video to show you the candy. I will have to say that although the boxes are really cute, I wouldn’t buy them for the flavor of the candy! My little girls liked them, but I wasn’t too keen on them myself.

The candy comes in four flavors: Orange Obsession, Tempting Apple, Secret Strawberry, and Passion Fruit. The Orange and Passion Fruit candies have a little bit of a glittery look to them. Other than that, they look like standard conversation hearts. There are many different sayings on them, hower. I came across things like “Bite Me,” “Dazzle,” “Lamb,” “True Love,” and “Always.” Here’s a peek at the candy:

Actually, as I sit here eating the open box, they are growing on me a bit.
